Auto Mixing Kattle
It is like a Reactor. It has two mixers and one scraper on the side and in the outer body, there is a water-flowing system to maintain the inside temperature constant during the mixing process. All chemical measurements and processes are automatic.
Fabric Laminator
Fabric can be used directly in the coating process without any heating process. We can use all types of fabrics like Micro, Matty, Cotton, PV Hosiery, Non woven, and Nylex for lamination with PU / PVC.
Final Winder
It's known as a product winder also. Our finished product can be winded easily and safely with the help of it. Approx 400 mtr to 1500 mtr rolls can be made easily.
Mixing Kattle
It is the same as mixing tanks but in size, it is totally different. In the Reactor, we can make a 5000 mtr to 10000 mtr material paste in a single batch just in 45 minutes approx. It's made our mixing process easy and safe. We can make bulk batches in a single time. lot-to-lot batch variation like shade and quality can be minimized at our end with the help of this reactor.
